The title Lonesome Language comes from something I often think about when I'm creating this sense of disconnect from the world, on some level. Photography has always seemed to be a way to fill the gap where intimacy feels missing in life. It's a way of expressing closeness and personality, even if it's just in small moments. But, in a way, photography is a language and a way to communicate. Each artist speaks through their work in a way that's uniquely their own, so I think it perfectly captures the themes I constantly explore in art.
